RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Beyond Therapy Designs, All items are shipped via Fed Ex and are insurred. If a package arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damaged package. If the product was damaged during shipping then a replacement will be made and sent out.
Custom printed items will not be accepted for replacement unless words are misprinted on the item, and do not match the order/invoice.
Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.
